Our school and online store has just undergone a massive update. We’ve made it even easier to find the classes you need and pay for them directly on our site. You will, however, need to recreate your account with us.

 

The easiest way to do that is to create your account at the time of purchase. Simply select the course you’d like to purchase and checkout without signing in. You’ll be asked for your account information and an account will be created for you right then and there.

 

And – if you use the same email with us as you’ve used in the past, your account will be linked to the old one. Pretty easy right?!?! Feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the process.

FAQ

What is the registration deadline for courses?

Courses have no deadlines; you can register and take classes whenever and wherever you want! Courses will remain in your account for 3 months. The only applicable deadlines are the deadlines for submitting completed contact hours to the licensing agency (your state).

How much do your courses cost?

Each course price is listed within the description of the course. You can view our entire course catalogue here.

How do I enroll multiple students?

Students are automatically enrolled in their class at the time of checkout. The user account used to make the purchase will be enrolled in that course. You’ll need to purchase courses for each student separately. If you’re wishing to enroll multiple students, please feel free to contact us. We’ll help get them registered and enrolled!

Are your courses approved for my license?

We work with a number of different states and governing bodies to make sure we have you covered. Each course shows what it is approved for (the state and license or permit). You can easily filter our courses to show classes and bundles approved specifically for you. We have classes available for Fire Protection Contractors, Water-Based Inspectors, Fire Equipment Dealers & permit holders.

Do you have all of the hours required for my license renewal?

ETI provides all the courses needed for renewal of the following licenses:

  • FL Fire Protection System Contractor I
  • FL Fire Protection System Contractor II
  • FL Fire Protection System Contractor IV
  • FL Fire Equipment Dealers
  • FL Fire Equipment Permit Holders
  • FL Water-Based Inspectors

Please note that FL Contractor III licensees need 32 hours to renew, of which 1 hour is worker’s compensation, 1 hour is workplace safety, 1 hour is business practices, and 29 hours are technical courses. We currently carry only 28 hours of technical courses approved for Contractor III renewal. Please pay close attention to which courses you purchase, as all sales are final.

How do I enroll in your courses?

Choose the course or bundle from our course catalog and click on the Enroll button.

What methods of payment do you accept on the website?

You can use any major credit card or a PayPal account to pay for the courses for individual enrollment (one person). To enroll and pay for multiple people at once we have an offline enrollment/payment form available. Contact us for more information.

Can I pay with a check?

We do not accept echecks or check payments on the website. If you want to pay with a check, contact us and we can create an offline enrollment form for you to pay with check. Please be advised that you will not be able to enroll or take your course (s) until the funds have cleared.

Are there any refunds?

No. All sales are final. Please ensure that you choose carefully. Once you have enrolled in a course, there are no refunds.

Once I pay and enroll, do I have to take the courses right away?

No, you can take your courses any time. Courses will remain in your account for 3 months (and we can always extend that if you need more time. Feel free to contact us).

Do I receive a certificate once I finish my courses?

Yes. Each course will have a certificate upon completion. A copy will be emailed to you at the email address on your account in the system.

Do you report the hours for my completed courses to the State?

You as the license or permit holder are responsible to report your CEU’s to your licensing board. We do submit your completions to the state in certain states when we can (Florida – ONLY IF you provide us with your FC DICE student ID. The FC DICE Student ID is an id number that is assigned through the Fire College website; Click here for link to State Fire College to create or retrieve a student ID.)
